Which 5th gem would you recommend for 5-link mid-game for both Hatred and Pride setups? ST-DoFLS-VPS-GMPS - what else?

If you're not using atziri's then definitely brutality for the pure phys setup. For Hatred probably Maim but it's best to check that with PoB because it depends on your gear.

hey, do you think that this build will be viable endgame this league? i'm trying this out after league-starting with enki's self-cast arc witch and i'm just wondering because i don't see anyone on poe.ninja using claw spectral throw at level 90+. thanks!

One more question:

Your gear is quite decent but... a tabula ??? You can get a 6L chest with life for a few c. After that get a Stygian and the flasks. Atziri's is 1c.
