Where does it say spell block will be nerfed? they said it will be changed, also gladiator will be changed but it doesn't necessary mean it will be nerfed.

Spell Block
We've changed how Spell Block is gained, so it is only available from flat sources of spell block. All existing sources of attack block to spell block conversion have been changed to a flat source of spell block, and we've added spell block to more places in the passive skill tree, with higher values than were previously available. The Gladiator passive skill now uses your attack block as your spell block.

This change was made partially to remove some restrictions that impacted design, but also to let spell block be something all characters can have access to, rather than being very powerful for very high block characters and weaker for characters that haven't heavily invested in this.

So all in all because other classes can't get spell block more easily, we actually got "buffed". The only thing that was changed in Ascendancy is that they moved 2 nodes around and that's it.

GGG nerf on spell block might suggest that Maxed block build will be the best to go deep on Delve. Good news for Gladiator then?
I'm thinking to have maxed block (without Rumi's if possible). Could you please suggest what changes we can achieve that?

Rumi's is just way too good to give away, you should not swap it out for anything ever, especially now.

Are you going to play this in Delve? I would be much appreciated if you can update the main post because patch notes are available now. Any changes in the passive tree? Any new skill good for us now? (Instant phase run?)

I have played this char through incursion. semi-happily. I loved the way it played and hated it for being too squishy. But I read probably all of those 197 pages time by time and I ask myself if I did miss something ... I think my gear is at least ok, maybe even good, definitely not godlike.

I just died on a random Pit (T11) map, dunno why. I have the feeling I leech by far not enough, but PoB says something about 2.3k/hit. My overall dps is far from what kiss_me_quick stated, I am on 365k dps in PoB (I don't know how to get the frost bombs accounted for).

Could I please get some input (playing standard from now on):

I also posses these two items that I chould think of switching to, but I would loose two gem slots and I would not know which to trade - should I maybe get rid of Herald of Ash? It only brings 22k dps in PoB. Maybe replace it with a shield?

You need to upgrade your flasks, Taste of Hate is a really good boost to your damage and survivability, and a diamond flask will (again) boost your damage even higher.
