What is the D3 Paragon equivalent of level 100?

Yeah, when Blizzard think they've let power creep (well, power dash really) gets out of hand they can just turn the crank and stick a few more Torment levels on.

A lot of people knock D3, but after Reaper of Souls dropped, the game improved 5000%. At least for me it did. I prefer self-found with no economy in games anyway, and instanced loot was the best idea I've ever seen for a game. Great! You can team with people with no worries about getting stuff ninja'd or seeing somebody roll for something you really want.
