Mmm shield could be nice, but it depends on a few factors:

-"absorbs a certain amount of cold damage" how much exactly?
-"temporarly dissipates" for how long does it stay down? does it have a visual/sound clue when it's down?

Other than that, Stormcallers is a bit lackluster imho (could use some more movespeed under certain condition e.g. shocked/light dmg taken).

And as others have said, interesting that now Dunes is tier7. Atlas rework? I hope and fear for what GGG will do ...

Seriously, do we REALLY need more leveling up items? Who the fuck asked for those? Fated Uniques were such a great thing, people reacted to them very positively. Why the hell not make more of those? Or even items with 2 upgrades. These items tend to hold good prices and there is bigger incentive to roll Prophecy...

But no, lets fill up the market with shitty uniques that cost nothing and make leveling up a complete non-challenge... And then argue that making trading easy would make game too easy...

No hope for this game

only giantsbane and the minion helm are really leveling items. giantsbane ironically is the only one that to me has questionable design past leveling as strength toons go by iron grip anyway.
I fucking love this game they actually update it and bring new items! so glad I quit playing Diablo 3 I fucking love this game !

I'm disappointed because similarly to Threshold Jewels, GGG chose to fix something that isn't ideal with an item rather than looking at the core skills themselves. In reality this helmet will only be providing 820 life to Spectres as well due to the reduced life than Spectres inherently have (which is a huge factor as to why they are so squishy to level with in the first place).

I would assume things like Cyclone, Charged Dash and Flicker Strike, but the first two I mentioned don't have an cool down, so I suppose that leaves just Flicker Strike?
Looks like another assortment of crap uniqs, maybe staff will shoot, but I doubt it.

I think + Level Bows have had more of a "longstanding tradition of providing solid high-level caster specialisation options" than any staff has in recent times. Staves became undesirable not long after the release of 2.0 and the prominence of mobility from movement skills.

Btw why unique dunes map is lvl 7? Should we expect another map tiers rework in new patch?
