It doesn't matter how long you've stopped taking the Damage over time.
If you combine this with a CwdT + Immortal call setup along with bloodrage, anytime your immortal call procs, you'll stop taking bloodrage damage and proc the 50% increased recovery.

As I'm not playing this in league (RL too busy + reworking on all these guides + and farming for shaper bases for crafting on standard), if you guys think this makes the build better, I will add it to the build.

Belt of deceiver is fine for leveling, however retch/a good rustic with res/life would be better for us in the long run.

For your 5L qualitying gems i'd go in this order:

Cyclone you should quality first (aoe)

brutality, maim 2nd (10% phys)

melee phys (10% melee)

then chance to bleed (10% bleed)

Hi Ahfack, currently playing this build in softcore abyss league and enjoying it very much, I almost have enough to buy atziri's disfavour, after that i think i'll probably buy the 5 link prophecy, after that kaom's heart. Any tips on farming currency for all that next expensive good stuff? And is it possible to do shaper and other endgame content using a 5 link and poor man's items, because i have no luck in fusing 6 links. Cheers

Started Abyss Softcore with this build and wondering which of the key items to get first. Is Disfavour priority? Or Kaoms heart? I already have Carnage Heart and Devotos.

Fix your flask, some are white, and all aren't qualitied

Good gear, go for life pool first then damage if you only have 5k. You should be able to reach around 7k with good gear and in your 90's. Looks like you're only level 80. Keep leveling man, at level 90 you'll have more life, plus more points to get more life. 5% at scion life wheel to get, two 7% jewel slots, 4% by barbarism, 20% from tireless wheel. That's 10 points and that's what you need to go for next, your next levels:

43% inc max life, plus 10 levels will be a good chunk of life.

Great! Yep, you can do shaper on 5L no problem as long as you've prioritized your items/points correctly. Yes 5L, then kaoms, then 6l is your priority. Typical currency stuff, farm farm farm, ID anything with a good base and/or do chaos recipe if you're just starting out. Watch your woops, grab good deals on upgrades, sell your old stuff etc..etc...
