And TBH, I don't think cyclone is considered a "single target" melee skill since it's AoE. Although I'm not sure

Also vulnerability will be made into a strength based gem so I imagine the int requirement will go down substantially, if existent at all. We might drop witchfire brew for a different one since it will add the DoT damage only curse now and vuln will be much better for us. Will update

oh crap! Chris missed one nerf when listing out all the nerfs. This one hits the build. I don't quite understand how hard but it can't be good seeing as we use all three items that got nerfed.

The Brutal Fervour Ascendancy Skill no longer grants Maximum Life Leech Rate. Hematophagy and Vitality Void now only grant +3% to Maximum Life Leech Rate (from +5%).

Can you guys tell me how hard we got nerfed?
I don't think I wanna farm labs/uber/shaper, mostly maps and guardians
I'm away from POE since breach league, was gonna give it a shot again but now seeing the only build I liked got nerfed, maybe won't even try LOL

edit >> just a small question: atziri's acuity now needs you to crit to have a chance of applying VP (that will double your leech). Our build doesn't crit. So, these gloves are useless?

It ultimately will be hard to tell until we actually use it in game, but I really think that this build will be fine. I think gloves with dual leech are needed now more than ever (which is totally doable since you can craft that at masters), could also try Carnage Heart if you feel like you need it. What they're doing is making sure that people don't just pick Slayer with Vaal Pact and face roll everything.

We'll see in 3.1!
