Yeah, i'm still trying to get better gear, using the abyssus to clear low lvl maps faster while getting more levels and currency to gear up better. When i started building this char i intended on going for aegis aurora (as you could've noticed), but by the time i got to maps i noticed it's not working as i imagined with the facebreakers.

After getting 90 ish with the build, I just feel like giving my 2 cents.

PLEASE PLEASE, make sure you run with Herald of Ash in maps instead of Arctic Armor, you get soo much clearspeed with it that playing without it doesnt feel any good, actualy for me i thought it sucked so much that i thought about rerolling.

I only swap for Arctic in bosses like atziri, izaro etc.

Arctic armor gives too much defensives stats for me to remove it. I used to play with herald of ash with this build and with my cyclone version of this build, it sure upgrades the clear speed, but I prefer being more tanky than having a bit more clear speed.

You sure can use it on weak maps, but I already got some deaths from elemental reflects mobs when I used the hearld, since I didnt have the fire mitigation from arctic armor and had more fire damage.

So I wouldn't recommend it, but yeah if you wanna sacrifice some tankiness to get some clear speed, you can do it. For more clear speed, you also can switch concentrated effect with increased area of effect, your DPS should still be high enough to clear everything pretty fast.

Hi playing your build now, with some minor changes here and there, overall very solid, able to do most of the game content with ease. What would you recommend to improve my survival rate on harder maps, somehow I think I messed up the skill tree, also I get no where the damage reduction on 9.5k armor I'm also missing some life nodes which I'll try to pick up in the next 8 levels.

i dont understand how you can tank all and have 200k+ dps...

My tree is same then yours, i have use my 6L for look... nice 30k dps but how you goes up to 200 or 300k?

I know it sounds stupid ... but are you sure you don't have any weapon in your weapon slot ? If you didn't disable the "Auto-equip" option, you will auto-equip any weapon you loot, and thus you will lose almost all your DPS (happened to me while leveling the first time, so it can happen :p)

If that's not the case, I don't know, I can't see your characters, could you make them public ?

PS: DOn't forget AByssus and The great old one's ward both increase your DPS

I know you said 3k but I've been lucky with my gear. Just wanna ask should i stick with the Carnage Heart or still go for that rare Phys Dmg amulet? Also what else can I do to make my gear better?

Hey !

You should go for a rare amulet with flat physical damage and some life, its the best boost you can get right now, more DPS and more life :)

I played Cyclone for the 4 previous leagues, and there are drawbacks to cyclone :
- Your displayed DPS is not real. Sometimes you are not hitting the boss, because you are always in movement and with conc effect your AOE is too bad (with my current build and gem setup). So your DPS is like 25% (from what I calculated myself) less than the one displayed.
- You can't benefit from Arctic armor's reduced damage since you are always in movement, only the chill is working, so you should play with herald of ash instead. You'll get more DPS and more clearspeed.
- You can't benefit from some stationnary pantheon node while stationary
- Mana is a lot harder to maintain

I switched to Ice crash because I needed more DPS and tankyness on bosses, maybe I lost some clearspeed, but I can now actually facetank everything and kill bosses faster. For example, I used to die on Chimera's snakes adds with cyclone, and I never died on them with this build. Also, when doing normal atziri runs, I always kill the first vaal before he even goes into the ground, something I could hardly do with the cyclone build : so I have a better single target DPS, thats for sure.

BTW, not sure if your setup is the best one with cyclone, Elemental damage with attacks is worth it only because Ice crash is 50% elemental damage. Maybe you should try with ruthless instead.
