Kripparian's - Freeze pulsar Build (The Witch Version)

To make this build work you need 4 things.
1) 20% Quality GMP 2) High Cast Speed with Haste Aura 3) Freeze talent from Shadows Tree with Frostbite gem 4) High enough HP to survive 2-3 Mob Hits before they freeze. Thats all you need to make this work. Last edited by Chewtoy#0241 on Mar 4, 2013, 3:27:07 AM
