What would YOU pay for?

I am not generally fanatic against respec (as: I could live with the fact if it comes), but I'm afraid it would be an undesired advantage on money spending players if they could buy it (winning a lot of time compared to replaying - 8 hours are a joke, nothing worth to discuss!). And in general (beside as a pay option) I still think it doesnt really fir into the desired game direction (force on replays).

I'll buy stash additions, char slots if I have a use for, and would pay for a gimmick that shows your will to support the devs, just for this. (a special, light aura on the armour, for example)
Maybe also invest in a own, special league - depending on the upcoming free options on this; maybe (by use): char-renaming.

I'll pay gladly for any kind of cosmetics, skins for armor and weapons, dye (transparent one why not). effect.
of course it'll be really better and not only for suporting GGG if a good zoom in was implemented.

Im ok with the no respec plan, but I think Ill tolerate it if it's necessary as a source of income for GGG. I think that a lot of people don't care about cosmetics but respec possibility is annother thing... maybe ill tolerate it more if it's expansive (20 bucks ?).

why not for participating in a cool featured leagues for a fee.
ok for stash addition to.
... nothing
After half a year of waiting-

a beta key.

This come across the balance of price and result, too cheap will be bad, too expensive will make it not taken enough to be worth it for the devs.

An option I could imagine, would be a once only full respec for a reasonable price (3€? 5€? maybe increased by every 10 levels?). This could be offered at any time in the chars life, but just once, so to choose wisely. And, it should come along with a prebuild feature (set your free points in the map, with confirmation when finished) to avoid missclicks when setting the regained points again in the map (for their large amount after a respec)

dont like the pay to win concept most anything else is fine

totaly agree here really don't care whats in the cash shop as long as there are no pay to win items pierod.

No worries there, GGG said they would never sell anything that would give paying players an edge over non-paying players. They will only sell cosmetic stuff, like cooler looking visual effects for spells, or pets that have no use or effect in combat. Thats the whole concept behind their "Ethical Microtransaction"

Unless there's more to the specific characters' backstories than we get from the selection screen blurbs, I don't see how having male and female models for both might be an issue. Good on Dreamer000 to bring up Joan of Arc by the way, what with her practically being the templar poster girl.

Alternate animations are another good idea; however, I think they'd entail a bit more coding work than alternate models/meshes. For instance, idle animations would have to take into account what weapons are equipped. Related to this would be taunt animations, which would probably be of more interest to the PvP set.

First, thanks for the compliment :)

Actually, I think the the opposite sex models would be even more difficult than just doing the alternate animations, since the different models would themselves implicate redoing the entire animation sets! A female templar for example could not use the same rig/animations as the male templar, since they don't have the same proportions. So a new set of attack, run, idle,... animations would have to be done for her.

However, I think that there is a huge market for this kind of stuff (personalizing and identifying to your own character) and despite being a huge investment in time and effort, I think that this is where the true monetizing potential of this game lies.

Nothing, this game has yet to prove that it's worth to spend.

have to agree here. need to actually play the game first to decide if the game is worth spending real money on it. looks great now though. just need to play it first
I hope you can buy like rollerblades and boomboxes, and other vanity items that will make the game look really lame. Maybe a bunny suit, or a Dr. Pepper shirt. They could make money doubly by advertising on individual characters in a manner similar to NASCAR. Sick.
individuality

looking different from others, so skins and stuff..
maybe taunts or emotes.

same..

and painting armor and stuff.
