But the effort in this is absolutely minimal...I was really hoping for a Harbinger "Makeover", maybe even a levitating character effect.
I'll pass this time, especially since badges are limited to 7. I will be buying the Oriath Outlaw pack instead. "Your grandchildren will awaken screaming in memory of what I utter today!"

So the points packs purchased between 5th of August and today are somehow non-eligible for upgrade, or what?
