Remember a while back when /pol/ outed this jerk professor as having made an unprovoked attack on a Free Speech marcher in Berkeley?

Now Mr. Professor is behind bars on charges which include firearms possession during commission of another felony. It's not clear how the authorities arrived at that charge, but it sounds like the Bike Lock Ninja was packing heat, which also speaks to possible intent (the point of the law behind the extra charge).
