Ok I've been playing this build non stop since Legacy started.
First of all, thank you for making this build. I'll start with the (small) negative bit first: This build wasn't fun at all for leveling. It was my first char, I was very poor, and my dps was very low. It was slow and frustrating. I think this build isn't for poor players. Finding a nice sword like the OP posted, is like finding a unicorn. Breath of the council was very expensive when the league started. But then I was lucky and I found 2 exs. I've upgraded most of my item and I can see a huuuuge difference. My chaos dps went through the roof. My char is very fast and aggressive, I really enjoy it now. I'm using Cherrubim armour and the Retch belt btw. I'm trying to experiment and push the chaos dmg as far as possible. Have a look at my gear:

Well, depends what on what you currently have. The Added Chaos gem with levels, flat chaos on gear, the fast chaos weapon (though a Dreamfeather works for cheap, too), and jewels, that's the most for dps.

Why why why dont you pick Fatal toxins for that insane boost to poison dmg, since we scale so much chaos dmg to deal that huge poison dmg...cant really see why FT wouldnt be an obvious choice...am i missing something ?? :)

Hello i started this build a few days ago and im well into mid maps now,and im starting to see that my damage isnt really that good,bosses go down slowly and sometimes even when clearing thrash mobs while maping takes some time...does chaos flat damage on weapons help alot?

Bakkkiii you need flat chaos on amulet, rings and weapon.. thats the point of the build...
To the creator of the build! Why arent we using FATAL TOXINS, and is Hyrri's a better option than picking a Cherrubim's Maleficence Triumphant Lamellar ? I get that yours gives us some good dodge, but the Maleficence gives us 100% life leech and 50-60% more chaos dmg..i highly doubt that the dodge beats that big dmg boost/ survival boost. Added chaos damage to ring and Amulet but got low life and items sux still bcuz 6 link cherrubim's is 8 exalts minimum which i never had :D Would like to ask advice on which is 1st item I should be looking forward to change?

Bakkkiii yearh flat chaos on amulets / rings are expensive, used 50+c on those last night.
about gear, i wanted a cosprice will assassin garb, because its insane... But cant afford it. Aiming for a 5 linked cheeryblums, because its great too, that chaos % will do wonders. V4d-sk1ff if i was you i would invest into some more life, and flat chaos on rings ! |
