[2.4] [EHC] Zizaran's Cospris Discharge Trickster

Hey Ziz,
When you said you've got 88% crit on your cyclone, I'm imagining that's with 7 power charges up? I've just put on my cospri's but I only have 37% crit on cyclone, and 39% on shield charge while in town. Both of those figures with double crit rings on as well.

It just doesn't seem to crit enough to keep rolling through packs since I have to cyclone for a few seconds before it discharges.

Just wanted to know your take on what might be wrong here or what your crit chance in town is.
Thanks :)
Hey Ziz, Hey guys!

Could someone please post a tree or some suggestions on passives around lvl ~75?

Im currently lvl 72, switching to CI

So Im still missing few things, all of them seems to be very important:
1. More power charges
2. More crit
3. More dex
4. Jewels

Any suggestions on how should I spend next lets say 10-15 points?

Cheers!

EDIT: Think next priority for me will be to fix the accuracy, then crit chance.

Also 1 question:

"You must have cold damage to attacks on one item in order to properly prock Elemental Equilibrium."

Where on Ziz's items there is any added cold damage? Couldnt find it;|

Bump because I really want to do this build in BHC. Died with my Chieftain that I was going to retire so I don't have a lot of currency right now, but I have a 6L Voll's that I chanced at least. Will slowly work towards a Cospri's / Voll's Devo cards.
In the guide you say make a point to say "Must have +cold dmg on jewellery" to proc ele equilibrium, but doesn't cospri's already add JUST flat cold damage on it turning on the ele equilibrium for PC+EC discharges? Based on ChrissyCostanza (heard on stream it's most current) you don't have added cold on either ring.

Can you explain or confirm?
Looking at the original post got me to look up the history of the phrase "proc" due to how you spelled it... when I was entirely consumed by d2 for ages I heard moddevs say "proc" meant "process on/an effect" (in that community anyway) but subsequently it seems to just be "process" or "procedure" by the wider/older dev community. So now I know :)
Hi, just wondering. Is that flask the only thing that prevents you from getting stunned? Sounds risky as that flask only has 1 use.
this build will undergo extensive changes since ES has been nerfed and vaal pact no longer works with ES.
