Can someone please explain EE, i use oos, mob takes more dmg from fire, I hit themm with fb, mob takes less fire dmg, and thus less ignite dmg? Or do you count oos hiting right after flameblast initial hit? One more thing Why is firepen so good, I thought that curses are counted first, then fire pen, but if mob has close to 0, or minus resist, after curses, fire pen gem is useless? I wanted to drop the +1 curse ring for an opal the dps increase seems really good and since I took ghost reaver I don't have lots of jewels slots for damage. Also I m using shield charge with fortify instead of flame dash or LW (I still have a flame dash in case for some maps / lab). Shield charge feels really great and fortify is good.
