Use Unset Ring for a free Slot. Or remove cwdt in Golem Setup.

I guess it is not worth to drop an elemental ring :)
Maybe remove the cwdt but I don't know...

well 25% pen vs 25% increaed ele dmg. lets assume you have already 600%+ increased ele dmg...
then unset rings is the only Option to always have extra 25% pen. when you want that extra dmg , then its 1000000% worth.

and have a look at Dying Sun ruby flask.

izaro has its own instance -> no vaal souls

To be honest he doesn't need much more damage. His gear is quite gg. :p
At least when we talk about Izaro. I think he should be able to 1-3 shot him anyway. It's a different story with Shaper. And I think that and the Guardians is really the only place where he would need the extra damage.

Your point is quite solid as well with the unset ring. It is an option indeed. But like I said considering the gear he has, this might be overkill.

As for the Dying sun flask I can safely say that for this build (Elementalist only) the flask is 100% overrated and not at all worth the money. We have prolif anyway so we don't need the aoe and the extra arrows are ok but nothing we can't live without. 2 arrows is good enough for bosses and on the clearing thing we use gmp anyway.
Unset Ring is not obligatory. When he wishes to have permmament pen then he should use it :)

Considering the use of soo many %dmg nodes in your build the Dying Suns +projectiles can make lmp/gmp obsolete. But it is quite expensive :( maybe in few months its cheaper and you can run single target Setup with dying sun for pack clear. Pros are that it gives everything for your build: arrows, area, max fire resist.

and for an alternative: use dying sun + wise oak for reaflect mitigation. then use elementalist prolif and conflux for increased dmg (doesnt require weapon swap anymore). the get this sweet 35% pen which is perm because you could remove Golems route (but removes some life regen in favour of much more impoact dmg which you can trigger Control.)

is reflect a big issue with your build?

See that's the thing. Reflect is almost not an issue with the Elementalist. If you want to die to reflect you have to really try hard. Like 3 stack arrows while standing in shocking ground and say - max... And that makes another reason why I don't think the flask is worth the money. Now for a Pathfinder (or any other class really) the flask is pretty much GG.

Someone posted in this thread (last league) that he was only using 2 arrows and prolif to clear maps, so what you say is definitely possible. He even posted 2 videos. He didn't have the flask as far as I can remember.

I think I'll make something like you proposed in your thread for next league. Crit EA sounds too op not to try it out. Hope u add some video soon. And if you want I can add a link to your thread somewhere in the OP. lmk.
Well it is impossible to run full reflect maps. But you already mention it. Guess my damage is fine at all. Maybe when I have more time i'm gonna try shaper and some other bosses. Minotaur is already down. Damage wasn't an issue only lack of information. Never killed him before...
The ea ci builds look interesting, one thing ive been doing is sustaining mana with kitavas thirst a lightning spell to proc and vinktars.

Knowing the mechanics of those fight is half of the battle. The Phoenix is a bit tougher since there's no ignite, but I know ppl have done it. Shaper is of course the hardest and you need to use decoy totem, dispel chill quicksilver and be careful with the balls business. Of course the last phase is the hardest. You need to move almost all the time.

you could leech directly with warlords mark and cwdt/coh and ci has lots of mana/regen around witch/shadow/scion/Templer :)

Yeah sure but its a trade off if you look how many mana nodes are taken kitavas makes it easy to bypass them for a pathfinder. My ci trees werent crit though so that changes some things. Ive only done a life version based of philophil's scolds/zeeerphis tree. Its fun to see your mana and life shoot to full everytime kitavas casts.
Note: i think some of the other classes would be better but personally i can only play pathfinder for the movement speed.
