Hacked Accounts

The most suspicous thing is, that ONLY my Main Acccount was stripped and not my other 3 Accounts. Even the Mule with most of the farmed stuff is there! So what is Chris talking about infected PCs or useing hacks and Stuff. Its not right.

How it hqappened: I went out with my GF to diner and Account was logged in. I came home and did let the PC running overnight. Today the Game was closed and my Stuff was gone, but ONLY the one that was logged in at that time. The other 3 Accounts not.

So if they did Keylog me, why didnt they strip the Shop Mule Account?

I never shared my account details or have i used 3th party crap on this game.
My PC is clean according to multiple scans with multiple programs with upto date DB`s.

You guys seriously need to fix this crap.
I for one dont feel like having to start all over,
Im sure more people will just quit playing PoE after beeing stripped with no clear reason.

Player IGN: ... is clearly selling my stuff right now in the trade chan and he has other good stuff from more stripped player i guess! GGG has to look into his logs!

Sux so hard to see ure Gear being sold cheap and fast. This is just not right!

My account was hacked today... Lost EVERYTHING so there goes that account... Had so much, including stuff my brother and friend let me borrow.. guess they will be upset. Anyways i am just going to make a new account and do it all over, there are more builds i want to try.

And no one logged onto my email, Because i am pretty sure i would of had an notification that my email has been hacked. (Plus they would of taken my email for spamming purposes.)

So i am just abit upset, but remaking a new character on a new account shouldn't be hard.

I lost all my items,orbs everything today, fuckin chinese. Please ban him!

Just quit man, they don't care at all and the community sucks. It was a pretty fun game though.

My account has also been robbed (all but my lvl3 char). I know, i will not get any stuff back, but i want to post it to make GGG aware that the account security is a serious problem.

Please GGG, until you have an authenticator enable the "countryrestriction-mail" on login every time you log in from anywhere.

The hacks going on now are probably from other games hacked databases/bruteforceing/trojans, all would be solved with mailrestriction (unless the trojan also has accessed your mail, but then your already in even worse trouble).

That way we would be fully secure, the chinese/whatever wont know both our mail and accountname.

They know if they target a high profile person their access in would get caught faster. While as if they target players who are not high profile the loop in will go on longer. They could be using a password reset hack like hotmail had to deal with just last year. Its not cool to blame the customer.

Lol, you know nothing about hackers if you dont think there are hackers out there that target high profile people/ organizations. They do this so they can brag to their hacker friends/ community. You dont think a hacker would find it funny if a high profile streamer like Kripparrian find all his loot gone, except a pirate hat on one of his characters (yea, they like to troll that way)?
