Tip: Get a very long and full of special characters passwords for both e-mail and PoE account and store them using a program like KeePass Spoiler http://keepass.info/download.html (KeePass Password Safe is a free software password management utility for Microsoft Windows). Let me know if you got hacked ever again. This is not a commercial, just a tool I use as an engineer with hundreds of servers and applications to log on to. I'm another victim with hacked account. My 2 characters item's and all item's in a trunk are gone...... f**k this game, so much time wasted. Lol Email, email,email,email its all ours email's fault, supporters here are really useless, your security system just sux that's all. I played a lot MMo games and this is a first time my account have been hacked.! I don´t know what to say man, have you even read the opening post? What do you expect of the "useless" support staff? It obviously sucks that your account got compromised, but there´s just a 99% chance that it was due to you not having enough security.
