Do Vendor EVER reset other than lvling up? GGG please response!

My ranger didn't have any vendors reset after a 32hour period; only after a level up.
I was paying particular attention to it, because I was looking for 6 slot items for Jewelers orbs.

Why don't you test it? Easy enough to do, make an alt character and take careful note of the the items for purchase at various intervals.

48+ hours, still seeing absolutely the same stuff here.

when you guys do your testing..

do you just look at the vendor? then come back in 24h (or whatever time period it is) then check again?

buy something, so their stock HAS to change and see what happens..

I would like an answer to this too. I remember reading from an official looking source waay back in CB that vendors should restock after 24hrs. I do not believe it ever worked for me during CB. The only time resets happened were after level-ups. I haven't researched it as closely during OB but from early observations I still do not believe vendor resets are happening outside of level-ups.

If you google search this you get threads stretching back at least a year with nothing but contradictions and confusion.

I think the 24 hour thing is a forum myth. I do not see it except on level up myself.

Really there's no reason to not let them reset every so often though.

As far as I know they reset always on a level up & server reset/reboot/patch etc.

About the subject that vendors reset every 24 hours. I remember as well in closed beta that chris or any other GGG dev that it is not specific 24 hours, but it can vary by some hours, how many, I don't remember, it could be 20~30 hours, but could be up to 48 hours as well.

Although, the first thing I do every morning is to check all vendors, and they are always update (roughly 22~26 hours between).

As well, make screenshots with F8 and check yourself the next day, vendors will change.

It's not a myth. I believe it is not exactly 24 hours, it can vary by some hours.
