Pros:

+ Capable of Snoozing through maps, more consistent than Pathfinder
+ Crazy Clear
+ Fun and Capable of Being Cheap (I have HH and non legacy shit because I can)
+ It's a Scion
+ Tankier than the other garbage on the forums
+ Not a pathfinder, it's a special snowflake build
+ Capable of single reflect maps, all Mods (including BM and Hexproof and no regen) and every single content in the game.
Cons:

- Shavs is expensive if you want LL
- The Harvest is expensive
- Upgrades are expensive
- Cannot do DOUBLE Reflect.

SKILL DPS
Note, I use Vinktars so all mobs near me take 50% more damage, I also use Assassins Mark to put me from 90% Crit Chance to 100%, along with 20% Curse Effectiveness on the Increased Damage taken from Crits, so my Inc Aoe TT is wayyyyy above 100k.



With Inc AoE - Self Buffs and No Vaal Haste


With Conc Effect instead of Inc AoE - Self Buffs no Vaal Haste

Note: My DPS goes crazy higher with Atziri's Promise and Vaal Haste, but I don't use Tooltip padding like other worse BV builds.
DEFENSE

Enfeeble with Curse Effect, Arctic Armor, 10k ES, Perma Basalt + Flask Nodes, Taste of Hate, Instant Leech for like 50k ES a second. Yeah, it's pretty tanky. Also Fortify.

GEAR - HEADHUNTER IS OVERKILL, USE CRYSTAL BELT + REDUCED FLASK CHARGES USED

BLADE VORTEX - INCREASED CRIT DAMAGE - INCREASED CRIT STRIKES - SPELL ECHO - CONCENTRATED/INCREASED AOE - CONTROLLED DESTRUCTION

Pure unadulterated damage


Mobility Setup

Phase Run - Increased Duration/Level 1 CWDT - Vaal Haste - Blade Vortex - Power Charge on Crit


Swap CWDT/Increased Duration in boss fights. USE VIGILANT STRIKE FOR BOSSES ITS SO GOOD

Aura Setup

Enlighten - Discipline - Arctic Armor

Enlighten (4) - Assassin's Mark - Blasphemy - Enfeeble

Blood Magic - Hatred - Herald of Thunder - Enlighten (4 if you don't have helm)

I use HoT for more vinktar leech. Hatred for damage, Assassins mark to crit cap + more damage, Enfeeble+ Arctic Armor for mega defense

NOTE, HOT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR BUILD, BUT IT HELPS LEECH FOR VINKTARS MAKING IT MORE OP
