Shadow - [2.5] Essence Drain Build Options (HC Uber Atziri/Shaper Viable) - Forum

As good as that poison damage looks, you would be better off using Envy which scales chaos and that directly scales poison as well, while also increasing the base dot damage. I wouldnt use it. I was thinking that life leech looked interesting, but if you end up going LL/CI you would need ghost reaver lol, and then you couldn't use chayula so you have to get stun immunity some other way like Valyrium or w/e ever its called ring. EDIT: Belt mod is pretty good on low life to keep the spike damage down, but honestly you're giving up using a woe on a crystal belt at that point. Im following the same build u have on main char, and i have one question. Im not allowed to activate the Clarity (20% - lvl 17) aura, because is saying "Not enough life". Im using 2 nodes of Mana reserve reduction on passive tree, and Blood Magic gem (20% - lvl 18). Thank you for answering and also taking the the time explaining, i had most def already fallen into a state of "look at that chaos damage, it HAS to be mandatory in some way", after seeing Envy i will hold out for that.
