I am speechless. This is far beyond anything I was expecting but it is what I was hoping for nonetheless.
Well done GGG. You never fail to create incredibly good looking and complex mechanics. This is years of experience with a fantastic team coming together and creating something that will forever place the game at the highest point on my list of games. There is simply no other developer that understands their game and the player base in the same way and it shows.

Fantastic stuff. I am going to go need to go into cryo sleep for 3 weeks so I don't die of suspense.

Also I see why prophecy is going to tie into these changes incredibly well. Excellent forward planning there! It's all coming together! :D

anything about the trade system?

I never liked mapping too much, it still felt like the old chaos worlds.. ie a random filler.
this looks like a brilliant way to integrate it with the rest of the game :)

not hyped about a purely crafting league though :(need a little more than what looks like an EXTREME grind for currency (with 25+4 types.. 9 of the same needed to use but when u get them u probably already got higher tier so start over.. and if there are 20 and u need 9 we are talking 230+ !! areas cleared to use once on avg? that league needs more than just a currency to make it interesting.hope there is something more I didnt see in the preview.

again, the atlas looks brilliant though. just not sure how the interaction with normal mapping will be.

If the issue is difficulty, Ascendancy points are not supposed to be readily available. They are designed to be difficult to gain. That being said, it's not that difficult really.


If the issue is deeper than that, you'll need to expand because I don't see any issues with lab in the current state of the game.

This is far beyond my expectation and have not been excited for a patch like this, in any game, in a very long time. I'm all with the supporter pack and I cannot wait for the revamped mapping. Thank you!

I am beyond impressed right now at the diversity I've seen in all the press preview videos. WOW! This is indeed going to make it much more interesting to play with all our high level characters. I really can't wait!
