When does Iron Reflexes become worth it and should I add it to my build?

EC is good for that. In case you are afraid of EC taunt mechanics dont worry, you are close range melee so the enemies are targeting you anyways

You can always pop decoy totem and let it start taunting then use enduring cry. The first taunt takes precedence.
If you are going for armor, go ham for armor. And if you are going ham for armor, use ECs, as they work wonders at high % of physical damage reduction (the more % reduction you have, the more effective flat % reduction is).
Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.
Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge.
About generating endurance charges - surprisingly good is Vengeance (works great as you have no evasion) + Endurance Charge on Melee Stun,and optionally + Stun + Increased AoE/something with more modifier
in all honesty if you arent a build that can get 6+ endurance charges worth of flat mitigation... dont bother with iron reflexes. iron reflexes on its own wont come even close to acrobatics for evasion based characters.

Agree 100% but i think hardcore players still take this keystone (iron reflex) in many builds.
