[2.4] LL Crit Arc Occultist - Budget/CI version included - Core viable

Can somebody help me. I am a new player (I've playing for 2 weeks now). I want to make a witch using this build. One thing that is difficult for me is the passive skill tree. Can someone please break the build in steps. For example by 36 skill points I should have... and so on. It would help me a lot thank you.

So you are self found. I am too.
And I'm just wondering how do you want to play this build that is so expensive not having currency at all. In reality I'd say this isn't possible to play as self found with first character.

I do not think you want to try play this build if you are new, this build uses some very hard to get and expensive gear/items.

would there be any chance you could update the lvl 100 tree and the level 91 budget/CI tree?

i think they have been reworked, not showing enough nodes

Lvl91 CI Tree

Is extremely similar to the LL tree, all you do is drop Pain Attunement and Arcane vision and pick up CI and following ES nodes.

since budget / CI tree has been garbled,
i would assume you meant: let go of pain attument and arcane vision
and take Chaos innoculation + the energy shield nodes (connected to CI) and infused shield?

And btw, how do people even find this guide?! It's not in the pinned Witch builds and I got like 5 messages asking me to update trees, etc.
