Basically you simply take the skill-tree and strip it of all ES nodes and take as many HP nodes as you can get your hands on. It's very straight forward! :)
Also, since you don't reserv HP with auras you don't need all aura reservation nodes till you change either so run Hatred, Discipline, and like Purity of Elements should be enough to set you before you change.

Sup i got to lvl 70 today i tried to switch to full lowlife and tried a rare tier 3 quarry map (the one with the big chaos golem) and it was great i have around 4.5k energy shield and it feels fine for now this build is amazing getting into a party and buffing everyone its like Oprah Winfrey you get a buff and you get a buff and you get a buff everybody gets a buff :D, the only wierd thing is that with lvl 1 clarity i cant cast offering with increased duration (not enough mana) so i just disabled clarity so ill have enough and i dont feel any mana problem why is there even a lvl 1 clarity here?

Quick tip: You can replace your amulet with one that gives str, dex, flat es and %es quite cheaply, as ur missing the %es right now on your amulet. If you get a 20%+ roll amulet that gives you 3 passives worth of es.

For the offering, I'd check if u can cast it without increased duration (just swap where u put flesh offering, and put like arc or convocation there) instead of disabling clarity. Since you get commander of darkness, (at least, if u have it yet) you get 10% dmg and 5% ias/ics from it.

Also, not to interfere with ghazzy's setup or anything, but if you swap ur helmet for a +2 minion and high es helmet (rare I mean) you could set Raise zombie - Fortify in your helm and put your other 2 link in your midnight bargain. This way you'd get slightly tankier zombies :) (and 350+ es +2 minion helmets arent really that overpriced either, as long as they dont have any res/stats on them)
