But got some troubles in t9+ with surv.

You can probably get another two or three hundred more life on your gear, and you should definitely drop the eye of chayula. Stun shouldn't be that big a problem for you. Get crit multi, life, and damage on your amulet instead. I've played the build through T15 maps as CI, and haven't had any problems with stun, it shouldn't be bad on life.
