I tried using Blade Vortex instead of Storm Call, it works great and clear speed is much higher, because there's no need to wait for storm call to explode and it synergizes great with the inc. duration nodes
and damage conversion





Edit: Since the single hits from Blade Vortex don't deal that much damage, it's a lil bit harder to freeze lock some tough enemies.

Very nice one.

I run it w/o Blasphemy. Insted i use coh > orb of storms > inc aoe > frostbite.
So I dont need the enchantment on the Helmet.

LV 66 now and Tier 1 maps are no Problem. Still need to get res on gear. But for now its ok, i dont get hit, couse perma freeze :)

The biggest problem I've found while leveling with this build is killing Izaro at Cruel and Merciless Lab because of the low dmg on single targets and the low defences.

Level 77 now and I have pretty good gear, just not sure what to upgrade.
