But here are the calculations
(Staff Crit + Inc. Crit Gem + Deadly Infusion)*(Gear+Tree+Inc Crit Gem +Power Charge)

So I've been playing this build, really enjoying it so far. One somewhat minor change I made that had a major impact on play (I think) was moving some of the crit nodes around. I dropped the two points towards Entropy in Shadow and the five points towards Disemboweling in the Templar/Marauder area. This let me get the Witch/Templar Staff nodes Blunt Trauma and Serpent Stance. Overall, it's a 5% critical strike chance + 37% DoT damage downgrade and a 20% crit multiplier + 22% physical damage + 2% attack speed upgrade. The best part combines with Hegemony though. Knockback on crit means between Assassin and Hegemony you have 10% chance to gain a power charge on every hit.

The build I'm aiming for at 89 is this. I'm putting dual crit jewels in each of the jewel sockets, and only need minor crit chance from ring/necklace to get to 95% crit chance without using Increased Critical Strike support gem.
Would going Marauder with Jugg. Ascendancy be more tankier and be less reliant on strength on gear?

Juggernaut is going to be tankier than pretty much anything, that's what it does.

Assassin does significantly more DPS though, which is the point of this build.
If you're going void + abysus + using heg + belly, it's very very hard to cap resistances. I've managed to do so but my gear is very unoptimal and I'm doing this with a templar instead of assassin, though I think I may switch if I don't enjoy the ele side of it.

Also wouldn't recommend LC unless you have GG gear in your other slots to cap lightning resistance, like I said it's very hard to cap your resists, unless you do so with jewels.

Funny enough I traded my +1 blood dance and a few exalts for a 6L heg.

You already have enough strength from tree. You'll deal a lot less damage and can't crit as much with Juggernaut.
