nice build mate
I have almost same gear, char lever 84 and my dps on kinetic is 12k fully charged. I really dont know why i got this kind of dps. I have to say that some of my gems are only level 16 (GMP,ADDED CHAOS,VOID MANIP., PIERCE) i dont think this is the real problem but i dont know why i have this low dps on 20q kinetic blast. Some help please ?
Not quite the same gear as i can spot more than several differences, the biggest differences being in gem levels (i use level 21 added chaos, yours is 16), helm enchant, and jewelry(try to get some accuracy).
Thanks for reply. But even tho i lvl up my gems , this can add up to 50k dps ? My clear speed is good even with 12k fully buffed dps but single target dps is damn low. I will try to lvl up all my gems and maybe get a kb enchant on helm.
I'd go for a frenzy enchant instead of a KB one. Should be pretty cheap.

Have you tried Barrage with +2 Proj helmet?

Barrage -> Added Chaos -> Void Manip -> Slower proj -> Faster Attacks -> (Chain for maps/Pierce for bosses)

With just a single Volley Fire jewel this should produce decent AoE Clear + great boss DPS.

6 barrage projectiles on full power hit for 360% base damage. This is a lot higher than the junky 130% with 4l you get from Frenzy.

I was thinking of making a Deadeye Ranger, but your Assassin single target poison argument is very compelling. Would love to see you test, since you already have a running charater before i spend 10ex on gear. Getting the colors on the chest will be very easy, recoloring back might cost you a bit though.

Switching from KB to barrage would require time i don't quite have due to RL stuff. In terms of Barrage vs. Frenzy, i get to conserve gem slots by using Frenzy (since i use it to generate charges anyway) and while I haven't done enough tests to know whether or not the damage is sufficient against Shaper, it might just be looking at that core video.

I've been doing a variation of this build myself for quite awhile now, and did one last league.

With that said, I would definitely offer to anyone trying this, to try a different ascendancy point allocation process, and get Toxic Delivery BEFORE Deadly Infusion.

Yes you can "crit cap" with Deadly Infusion early and easy, but if you take Toxic Delivery from Merciless lab instead, and save DI for later, you will probably notice a giant difference in clear speed, especially as you are doing dried lake farming or low map clears.

The 100% MORE poison dmg you get from TD, is in my opinion, way more important to have first.

Then later after you clear uber lab, you can get DI, and crit cap easily.

Once you've done that, you can go about getting an 8% crit wand, without a crit roll(because you won't need a 10-11% crit wand if you have Deadly Infusion) and capitalize on crafting crit multi, or attack speed instead.

Also, as a side note, snakebites are good for the build, but not needed, as in my experience, Barrage does WAY more damage than frenzy, even if you use a poison gem to guarantee the poison stacking Vs. Snakebite's guaranteed poison w/full frenzies.

Try both methods, only costs 10 respec points to sway DI for TD if you wanna try my method.

At the end of the day though, fun and awesome build for all content. :)
What about a wand with decay mod (Essence of delirium) would it be any good?

Unless you get super lucky also getting the chaos damage roll, then no.
