Yes, Kintsugi will likely replace lightning coil as I feel it is just as good and possibly better than LC for high evasion builds. I will borrow my friend's Kintsugi soon and test it. If going Kintsugi I would recommend using Arrow dancing. I will be doing a major update on the guide very soon including new trees and item recommendations.

I mentioned a high crit bow twice in the leveling section. This can be used for leveling, until you feel you crit enough with quill rain. Quill rain is obviously what this build is based around seeing as the title says, "Another CoC Quill rain build".

The conclusion of my testing on Scion is that in 2.3 Assassin is better. Sorry Scion :(

First of all thank you for sharing this awesome build. I have a question about the skills, can I use Glacial Cascade and Bladefall instead of EK and Spark?
