question:
why CWDT setup with CoH + curse + ball lightning instead of AOE spell like shock nova??20% chance of shock is great buff

Few thoughts about leveling in new leagues. ( First three days )
Forgot about gear with int/astramentis/unique jewels. Its extremely hard to find it or buy. But its not necessary. Most of your currency you will spend on 5s-6s your staff.
I'm 70lvl with 4k es and ~850 int resists maxed ( took 3x passives from bandits). Its enough for low tier maps.
I would recommend skipping duration nodes and rush for stun immunity. It really helps. And you can grab two cheap Brute Force jewels for dmg increase.

How are you even using that? It has blood magic.
Only socketed gems have blood magic. Its nice and cheap (1 chaos) 430 es 30 int chest piece, for the beginning of the league. Of course you can't run CoH setup here.
I'm poor now. If i use a blessed orb on my astramentis the +12 could go higher without changing the 98%? Sorry for the noob questioon i've never used a blessed in my life

Because it would have to be so low level that it wouldn't do anything. The ball lightning is just a means of applying the curses. It is low level so that it triggers on basically every pack we encounter.
I'm poor now. If i use a blessed orb on my astramentis the +12 could go higher without changing the 98%? Sorry for the noob questioon i've never used a blessed in my life
98 wont change if you use Blessed orb on it. But All Attributes implicit mod on Astramentis rolls between 10 and 16, are you sure you want to waste some Blessed to probably get +4 more to all attributes?

I really don't have the balls to vaal orb that xD it might break the item, right? Maybe when i get more 100 chaos i'll try it but i'm good for now!
