Wanna try this build in BreachHC, but htinking about taking shield charge-FA- Fortify setup for movement speed. Did you try it?

Could you explain how the orb of storms and the warlords mark are used, im not understanding them entirely. Thank you

" Warlord's mark is linked with blasphemy, so it gives us passive AOE LifeLeech(and manaleech for Flameblasts) Orb of storms gives two things: 1)EleEquilibrium. Just -50% FRes in AOE) 2)EleOverload. Orb of storm crits very often cause of its mechanics, and Increased Crit Strikes linked with it. So we just cast Orb before VRF-ing bosses, Rogues, fat rares and so on, to make them die faster |

Hi, I'm rocking a marauder RF build right now, and it's kind of boring just running into mobs and having such a slow DoT and clear speed. I've seen other Vaal RF builds before but i've never seen it used this way to clear maps in 2 minutes! just a couple of questions before i start leveling a witch.
are there significant changes with 2.5 (technically 2.6 but there weren't any nerfs i think)? I dont understand how Vessel of Vinktar has a "1.5 more" multiplying modifier. If the bulk of the damage is in the DoT, would the 70% increased DoT from Witchfire Brew offer more damage, but the Vulnerability aura probably cant be fit in. | |
" Vinktar's shocks everything including bosses. In this build it's similiar to 1.5 more. Which can be applied both to initial hit and to ignite damage. 70% increased DoT isn't too big. It'll increase only ignite damage for about 10-12%. About changes. Last significant changes were with 2.4, especially with curse effect on Bosses. Finished leveling my character to 58 and after completing every side quest along the way, took about a week to reach Merci and getting the last passive from Marooned Mariner. After respecking without using any regrets, i am able to hit ci, vaal pact, whispers of doom, ee and eo. This guide suggests a FlameBlast tree to level, but there is a huge difference between that tree and the end game tree that it'll take a massive amount of regrets to reshape the tree. So I made a number of changes so that it stays on track with respecking into CI while not punishing the player for grabbing less life later on. Reaching lv 31 to use fb is the hard part for leveling, all of the cast speed the suggested build grabs is moot since mana regen discourages long casts, it doesn't take much to kill mobs [longer for blue and about 2 long hits for rares] and damage is compensated by ee and eo.
This is for leveling This is my respecked tree --Please point out anything i missed in this respec, but i should be able to use all the mechanics described in this build.-- So actually looking it over, i missed 3 points for ghost reaver smh. i also missed a few more points near scion, getting curse effectiveness for 100% ignite. Technically not that bad since my ignite won't even be lv 20 q20 anyway, but its still a flaw i didn't see when planing. Looking it over even more. you really did mean respec at lv 70, not 70 points. " After changes in curse effect on Bosses you don't need to take those curse effect nodes, especially with ignite 18-19 lvl. It's better to use 2 jewels with +3% ignite chance. Also you can get +8% ES (and maybe some +int) on them. But you need about 3 more jewel sockets. Also to have 2 blasphemy-curses and discipline you need reservation reduce nodes.
