I think you'll lose damage. BV is very useful (stack until 50) for generating Power Charges and increase the damage caused by Discharge. I'm not good math, but I think it does not compensate Empower in place.

Dont forget that you'll need +1 curse amulet (Voll's) or use Doedre Ring.

Up. Well guys testing here this build made by Tsar is completely dead. Single target against bosses is a pain.

I have observed the other topics of CoC but so far no good solution. I have some ideas that will test at another time. But it is likely that the best solution is to use 4 spells in a 6L using cyclone while you try to optimize damage in the tree and gear.

For example: Cyclone > CoC > Discharge > Ice Nova > Shock Nova > Vortex or empower
With this will be 6/8 spells/second.
