what is the point of new Strongboxes hype, if seeing one is not happening in this lifetime?

dunno guys, I started playing in august '15, already found 1 Strange Barrel and 2 Kaom's Cache (1 in party), maybe it's just bad luck?
I'm also a "casual" player, 3 hours per day tops... 4 on sundays ;D

These new unique strongboxes have just the normal strongbox base right? I just want to know which strongbox types should I chance to get them.

...and now level 89 in Prophecy and still have never encountered a unique strongbox in any league.
