Introduction:
This build is Cheap, safe , very funny to play and End-Game viable!
As many people know, or should know , playing in hardcore means less damage and more defense,
so i mean i focused in defensives.
Obviously this is not an excuse for anything you might think , it's just my personal opinion .
I'm currently level 91 on Perandus Hardcore League and this build have Phase Acrobatics, Elemental Overload and is based on Evasion Rating.
This build have some guear parts with cold damage crafted and its a pure cold damage ice trap version.
This build can also be played with daggers , wands and shields .
I will show several prints how is build with dagger + shield .
Pros:

- Fast clear speed
- Effective farming from the begining
- No reflect damage
Cons:
Spoiler
- Bearers can kill you easily
- Can’t do maps with 0 mana regen/life
- Chaos Damage hit a lot

Instead of using the Belly of the Beast , there is another great option , which is the Lightning Coil . Personally , I prefer to use the Belly of the Beast to have more resistances and more life .

Question: So alive, if you said your build is a pure cold ice trap build why dafuq you don't use cold penetration instead of increased area of effect?
Answer: It's simple: The damage is enough to kill all mobs with 1 trap and you with IAoE you have more survivability and you kill 2x more fast because you have a highest area of effect. But obviously this is my person choice.
It's up to you.

Well, at low level(35 to 50), you must be always try to get the resistances up to 50% at least.
In your gear you can have armour if you can't find evasion to get lvl 50. After lvl 50 you should find some evasion guear.
About stats, numbers, values of your guear, I posted some cheap items that you can use at the beggining.
Even with weak Guear when you manage to use the gem ice trap with the supported gems I methyl in the guide , and even if u change gradually your Guear you will always have a good safety to play
I'd assume you're only running 1-2 curses w/ Blasphemy at a time.
Yes, I got 2 setups with Cast when damage taken.
I use two because in my opinion, the Frost wall can save you many times and it's great to
run away when he is cast.
The Curses, like i said in guide, I use one when I play solo(enfeeble) and one when I play in party(Temporal Chains)
