I change loads of diapers myself; my job is pretty much "mom." (I'm male.) All I'm saying is that the same current social conventions which make most asphalt-laying "man work" also make most diaper-changing "woman work." The conventions are arbitrary and could change at any time.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted. I think the only thing that really changes how much a woman can carry with her arms and chest, is that most women start off carrying slightly more than men in the chest area to begin with. Factor out boob weight (usually not that much), and the rest is merely tradition.

That's not really fair to what I was saying, because, assuming 5 pounds of boob weight, you'd need to find the record for a 137 lb woman. I imagine this would translate to about 12 pounds of extra lift.
Even then, I think it's fair to say women can lift 75% of what men can. If a man can lift a 60 pound bag, a similar fit woman should be able to handle 40-45. The difference is mostly tradition, with perhaps a moderate grounding in reality. For the most part I overestimated how much boobs weigh; before I googled I thought it was more.
