i took the ele start because it saves me 2 points i absolutely dun need but wana have them somewhere else..
and ggg alrdy thinkin bout nerfin the doubl dipin anyways.. well yes it would be more dmg but like i said, i prefered it to have the 2 points more.


HC viable? i would say yes at all! switch a lil bit from dmg to life and ur done for instance its easy to reach "Thick Skin" node or u can even try it with an Hybrid and take "Melding" and drop acro for i duno.. IR? (im not a casual HC player so im sry if i can not give u very good tips here)

alright dude, today i tested it.. the chaos start doesnt benefit poison at all.. not even ur normal dps.. if u do the maths to it, the completely same ammount of damage is CONVERTED to ur poison dmg as well because even all of our poison deeps comin from the conversion.

its absolutely the same! so i rly recommend the ele start because it allowes u to safe the "shitty" one node "Coordination", nobody needs in our build!

and as soon as u hit about lvl 87 u dont even need the 5% life node before "Blood Siphon"
im at 4.266 life now + 255 ES (well not much es but at least there is some) so im at a effective life pool of 4521 life.. and thats more then enough (until now only bad lucky crits could one hit me!)

if ur taking the chaos start then i would recommend makin the build a lil different and goin more for dmg over time.. like take entropy node + growth and decay.. for a lil less crit maybe? i duno didnt think much about it yet.. because in my oppinion thats a completely different build.. would call it poison ice trapper duno^^ or the dot ice trapper O_o

Tried to make a more HC friendly variant.. This would be somewhat of a final tree, I would get the ev/hp nodes last..

What do you think? Would it still do enough damage?

well like i alrdy said, im not that casual HC player.. but all in all that looks pretty decent to me.. a nice bunch of Life added, dmg should be still more then enough..

actualy the dmg is just insane at the moment.. im one hitin uber split phace, one hitin uber vaals, etc.

so yes.. it will be way more then enough :)

What's the point to convert ice to chaos? You don't have issues with reflect as a trapper anyway.

its the point of PURE damage!! point of beein able to poison, incredible boss kills because of instantly up to 11 poison stacks on enemy (mostly bosses would get this ammount)
