[2.3]Dela's Obliterate Build CHEAP & FAST clears 200% life UPDATED

Trying this build as witch (elementalis).
So far (level 81) it's pretty good. My gear is at a point, where just the 6L carcass Jack and corrupted wands are missing

But I got one big question. How important is the accuracy on KB. It feele like it really doesn't matter cause in AOE you hit sth even with 82% cahnce to hit and vs bosses you use frost wall anyway. So is it necessary to skill accuracy in tree? If not I would cut them out in my tree version :)

BTW for defences I choose evasion and dodge. That's why I play Alphas + Atziri's Step + 10% dodge Flask.
Alpha's also enables wearing clarity + arctic armor + herald of Ash + temp chains blapshemy
I feel pretty safe with this even with just 4,2k life

A much more effective build is a elemental wander Deadeye using the Obliteration wand proc as secondary damage.

The gear investment in this build is too high to be considered "cheap".

I love wanders but as a first build in a fresh league is difficult, but using this build it doesn't matter because you can make it work with 2 obliteration (1-3c each) and a 4 or 5L chest. The damage you have with those 3 items is unreal, I managed to quality all my gems and my tooltip dps went from 12k dps (buffed) to 3k and I was still clearing T10 maps really fast.
The skill tree is really flexible, you can go anywhere and still have really good damage and survivality. I made a lot of changes in the tree like going for the nodes behind Conduit to get endurance charges and use Inmortal call (I didn't like it), go directly to the Scion life "wheel" and get 6k HP (I was using Belly instead of Carcass Jack) or getting more Damage over time nodes (Assassin's poison dmg is insane and even more with those nodes but the explosions from the Obliteration was doing most work than poison). In my case I will get the closers jewel sockets and after that I will take flask nodes because Flasks are really stupid freaking broken.

With this build I managed to kill Uber Izaro (I'm not a really good player) and I took Deadly Infusion as my 4th Notable. My crit hit 88% with just a few crit nodes and maligaro's so I took them off and still have close to 70% crit, more than enought. As an Assassin, Herald of Ash becomes irrelevant so I'm not using it anymore. Still figuring out with what replace it

I'd recommend adding to the guide having a Stauching flask (Inm. Bledding) in a utlity flask because you are gonna kill corrupted bloodlines packs and you are gonna get 12 stack of bleeding instantly.

What passive tree are you looking at that has pain attunement? Pain attunement is only really used by low life builds, as you have guessed. Low life builds are usually incredibly expensive and require top tier unique items to get going. This is a life build so it won't be using it, but you could maybe get one going with the same Obliteration wander idea later down the line.

Don't worry too much about making new characters, you get something like 24 free respec points just from doing quests across all three difficulties. As long as you follow one of the updated trees at the top of the OP, you should be fine. If you notice that your damage is starting to drop off, move towards some damage nodes. If you're having issues surviving start picking up more life nodes. :)

Oh, and try and level with Spark/Firestorm > Bladefall for an easier leveling experience until you get high enough to use the unique wands (56) and have decent gem levels for Kinetic Blast and its supports.

I see no extra frenzy charges in the passive tree. But build says (or rather said last patch) that we have 5+ frenzy charges.

Does this mean we're not going after frenzy charges? Or am I still taking Kraityn's charge?

Just a reminder... if you are playing Dela's style stacking chaos damage... YOU MUST GET ADDED CHAOS DMG ON JEWELRY WHEREVER POSSIBLE!

Okay you don't have too... but it helps sooo much! Each craft can be something like a 10-20% upgrade, well worth the 13chaos.

The other thing you can look into picking up:

Of course you're going to have to make up the res elsewhere, but if you're not using Rat's Nest, then you should be able to manage. 1-80 Chaos damage is a DPS boost and the % strength makes the lack of life much more bearable.

I do think Shadow is better than Witch, just because the one spot where the build lacks is Single-Target. The Crits, Bleeds, and Poisons from Assassin are going to help immensely with that.

As people have said though, this build is great for what it does. Anyone saying it's not a budget build is pretty unreasonable. You can get +1 Gem Snakebites for like 2chaos. The 13chaos master craft on jewelry is the only thing in my inventory over 5chaos (although I did get lucky with a 5link proph which i used on chest).

Level 77 Shadow Assassin:

8k Evasion (42% Chance to evade / 30% dodge)
18,000 Kinetic Blast Buffed (but no flasks)
5Link - Kinetic Blast-GMP-Pierce-AddedChaos-Void Manipulation (Snakebites for poison)
6 Frenzy/5 Power Charges
Max crit / 300 Multi
4500 life
