[2.3] CoC Cyclone Discharge Trickster! HC/Level 100 Viable!

Why do we want an Endurance charge from Merciless Bandits over a Power charge with Devotion? Isn't a Power charge going to provide more damage (from the crit chance and just the damage tooltip)? Or is Endurance charge only better for HC where you would want more defense?
How do we run Purity of lightning, Discipline, and blasphemy warlords mark

I did start with a 5L volls protector, vagan dagger and medicore es gear, medicore crit rings and got some jewels to cover as, crit chance and crit multis. It was working quite well. Then bought my Volls Devotion - improved my es gear and jewels, lastly got my 6L armor. I think you should improve items with this sequence. I was able to do tier 7-8 maps at level 70s with ease. 6L isn't even that important imo, it adds up a little clear speed and single target dps, but not significantly.
I am absolutely shocked that you have not suggested this Groceries, but for all you people who are wandering how to make this build work from as early as level 40 onwards with some decent speed and 100% crit chance, utilize the The Trypanon great mallet for around 1 c. It allows you to close the gap between your leveling build such as spark or whatever that you play up to level 40, and the endgame build viable from level 60 onwards.
I Found this out myself after dropping the hammer, and it works like a charm. you use Flame dash as an alternative to whirling blades, and utilize a silver, quicksilver and sulfur flask to blas trough enemeys.just give it a shot guys! Helped me enjoy this build pre 60! what you do really need tough is that Volls devotion with 5 links. Using the CWDT setup as groceries suggested to proc blade vortex furtherly improves the damage. Charge generation is a little more efficient this way, as we do not have access to the "hits cant be evaded" dagger because of using trypanon. Using Warlords mark with this setup is a great way to absolutely destroy content until you reach level 60 and can start gearing toward crit chance and thos endgame items!
I'm currently leveling this build and I can confirm that Trypanon works really well. You should however try to get some accuracy (instead of crit) and some strength on your gear.
I am playing the build with a ningame time of ~ 1d 6h. I have to say it is the most fun ans strongest build I ever played so far.

I still need a lot of improvement on my gear but I can faceroll all kind of maps so far and have a lot of fun.

TYVM for that build guide mate!

So i need some fellow fakener's opinions/advice on how to proceed with this Vagan dagger:

Before i understood the whole process, i thought augmenting before regaling was the way to go. It isnt, for potential bricking reasons and probable bad mods. But it ended up with
this one. Am i correct in that these are the highest possible tiers of attack speed and crit chance on the dagger, since masters sell lvl 59 items? If so, is this worth tons?

So i crafted a max spell damage on it, but there are other options left.
If i multi-mod it, i can re-add the spell damage and add either cold damage or life leech from lightning. Since i have cold damage on my ring, that leaves me with life leech from lightning.

Is this 0.2% extra leech on lightning worth investing 2ex?
Are there other good options i missed?

Whats the most important stats for us?

Attack speed?

Global crit that double dips?

Critical strike multi?

Multi-mod, spell damage, cold damage.

.2% is not worth it and I'd rather have an open jewelry affix (since you now have cold dmg on weap).
For my current builds, thoughts and videos.
