What is your crit chance on cyclone and dicharge with max charges?

We want to get to 83-86% with charges up and let diamond flask do the rest. Anything more and you are wasting talent points or currency on what a diamond flask can do.

FYI, you have more crit on your gear than me, so I think you are looking at the wrong number.

Cyclone 77.99 in map, and 49.97% in town.
Discharge 68.8 % in town and around 85-95 in map.

This works

5l Volls (40Chaos) + Vagan dagger, e.g. royal skean (like 20chaos) + rest of gear and you are good to go. 400+ES shield and 300+ ES helmet should be within your budget

Amulet is just a massive dps boost, not required though!

Those jewels are pretty horrible. They pretty much do nothing for us.

Jewels is something I forgot to add!

So let's go over it now.

1) Attack Speed (by itself, with daggers, one handed melee weaps, holding a shield, attack and cast speed)
2) critical strike multiplier (global, global with spells, global with elemental skills, global with lightning skills)
3) %increased maximum energy shield
4) spell damage/lightning damage
5) resistances if needed
6) crit chance but we really should not need this

Can anyone help me with buying some items for the budget build? First time playing a ES build and also not sure how to get a proper vagan dagger. Any help is appreciated.
