[2.2] JoSo's ARC-CORE, Beginner Friendly Hardcore Arc, High Life, Budget Viable

Am new to poe like the buil, but when do you switch to a dagger for whirling blade?

As a relatively new player, this build is cool and great for mass clearing but single tough bosses are hard as hell... I've picked Whispers of Doom to support both WM and Conductivity, and it actually helped a lot with both boss fights and mana issues. Mid in Merciless atm and looking forward to see how it will go in late act 3 :)
