There's no point in going Voltaxic if you don't poison. I would instead go for a LL pathfinder Voltaxic Coc with skyforth. Or life based as Elementalist making use of conflux.

As for what you said in the 'pros'. You need to carefully select your wording there before you make statements such as 'permanent endurance charges', 'permanent flask uptime'. Permanent means forever in any circumstances, means when you die from uber and you go back in you immediately start the fight again with max endurance charges. Only very few item-passive combinations can achieve Real Permanent endurance charges, one of them being romiras+volls devotion in which my Lv97 LL BV pathfinder is using.
