[2.3] Flicker strike double cursed souleater (with video!)

Hi there!
From first enter flicker strike skill in the game I wanted create actual flicker build. With ascendancy trickster that pretty easy and fun. But, have this build some differance with other builds? Belt soulthirst with bino's and blood dance regen makes this build pretty tanky and insane attack speed and life regen. Blood of karui, stibnite and evasion flasks grants you nice survivability and soul eater boost too - use it. Sorry for my bad english :( GEAR YOU NEED

Why soulthirst? That grants souleater effect when flask are on. With souleater effect you have insane life regen, attack speed boost, dps, physical damage reduction and solid scary size ;) And nice hp and resist ofcourse. Blood dance grants life regen and frenzy charge chance on kill DUAL CURSES VARIANT

Without 5 link I used bringer of rain - nice dps boost, 6 sockets and really helpfull blind on it. With abyssus you will be absolute glass cannon. Physical reflect - you die (you can stay alive with vaal pact). FLASKS

When this flask on - you gain soul eater boost That help alot when your frenzy charges expires. Nobody can touch you. GEMS SETUP

Trickster Ascendancy grants you no mana for movement skill. Flicker strike is that)

How do you get this Blood of the Karui Sanctified Life Flask in the Perandus League? Is it not do-able anymore?
