I think I'd just swap proliferation for elemental focus. I'm up to 64 now and it's a great build.

how come you say this build only needs 109 dex when you have vaal haste equipped? That gem needs more than 160 dex

How come Rise of the Phoenix is needed when playing with a support? Is there a risk of dieing to reflect? My brother rolled a support so I guess I should get a Phoenix then?
