i'm going to do this build on HC, i need to follow this skilltree? Get the lioneye's fall jewel and get the endurance charge on staff crit node. Grab as much as HP as you can and I would recommend that you play with a 5link which has br coc glacial cascade bladefall life leech. Prioritize projectile speed on quiver. I would recommend that you start with a quill rain and then transition to a lioneye's much later. Speed on quill rain will save you. Farm dried lake until 76 or so I guess :) Don't focus on critical strike multiplier, focus on crit chance and life at first. Since you will use a quill rain, you don't need attack speed either. (50% Physical to Fire conversion) For elemental reflect, use: BR - CoC - Bladefall - Controlled Destruction - Increased Critical Damage or Glacial Cascade. Instead of hatred you can use haste as an aura. If you have a 4G 1B chest instead, swap EK for Glacial Cascade. First off, thanks for the build Mothren. It's really fun to play. Just played till level 80 and wanted to know which pieces of gear to upgrade first. My gear is really budget since it is my first character this season and i know that my body armor probably sucks the most. Other than that i am open for any advice. Also sometimes i got problems on maps with no mana reg. Best way to solve that? Thanks in advance. Faster attacks helps a lot, but I don't see faster projectiles actually doing anything. Thanks for the build, OP! I don't know how it is with super-optimised equipment, however with 70% crit and ~300 accuracy Quill Rain melts faces much faster than Lioneye's Glare for me. Look at my character Critical_Tangent to see my level of equipment - nothing special. However, the extra proj speed makes Blast Rain fall much faster, almost without delay. Also, the APS, and the fact that I miss every so often generates power charges automatically. Simply put, regardless of statistics and calculations, Quill Rain behaves better in my eyes.
