What should I do with vagan dagger regaled with 10% as? Just craft crit and go? Or multimod, if so what should I craft since AS is there already

Depends on the base of the dagger - usually you want to regal a prefix as the IAS vagan mod goes up to 15%

just a quick update from my side. trying to get some currencys and thought to go mf. wondertraps, gem, gifts from above and aurseize + a bit rarity on other pieces and im running with 300% rarity on crit kills. still resi capped and 7k es, damage is more than enough for t11. not lucky with map drops, so i cant test it on higher maps. but, i seems quite good. maybe some other pure mf char would clear faster as cyclone is not realy the fastest, but everything i touch is dead anyway :D

did anyone ever calc Empower vs dropping a blue gem? (inc crit dmg essentially, crit strikes hard to compensate for) Not going to force GGGGRB, but if it happens to come could be worth trying out. (the Empower would be lvl5 ofc)

I got Poignard with the as and another dagger Boot Blade (1.4ap, 40% crit implicit) with prefix regaled.

But vagan dagger is trash compared to GG dagger with 200+ ACC

I just thought I'd mention that Heretic's Veil can be useful to squeeze in auras if you aren't high enough level to get all the reduction nodes yet.

started vaaling boots looking for +1, at least the first pair did not r.i.p.







general notes:

it is very worth running more auras, you don't need resistances on boots anyways. (can even drop another slot for unique later maybe.)


if not wearing headhunter opens up lots of options too tbh. (HH great for maps, useless for stuff like Uber runs, etc) Doryani is a good belt, or something like

works too. Could be on an ES base, or rustic is good anyways I guess for phys dmg.


I will figure out good BiS specific items later when Perandus merges, but something like would probably be a good shield as the block stacks up with Tempest Shield a bit, Ventor made a new up to date shield a few days ago though (new tier is 78 spell damage instead of 74) so I'll check out what variations he gets set up.
