Hi, at start i tell i make this build just for fun so i dont care if i die one or two on standard. Btw if you want make this build i recommend to use at least 70 lvl character. Main idea

When i saw Elementalist i think about Ember Wake ring this class give us great tools to make it work but then i take closer look at elemental conflux and it will say you just need to do any kind of dmg to shock burn and ignite dosent matter wahat you do. So i get idea to burn and poison at the same time. Build in action

We want to convert all fire dmg do chaos for maximum poison dmg Just more burn dmg For better gameplay It make shock chill and burn to stay longer on mobs so its sweet My gear and gems

Add herald of thunder and combine it whit elemental equilibrium for perma -50% fire res. Fire golem is best for additional dmg but you can use chaos golem for 8% phys dmg reduction My skill tree

First for fun second cause we make our dmg nodes more effective cause we will get 3 sources of dmg ( initial hit burn and poison) Its lot of it but i will give one example we take shock status it says mobs will take increased 50% dmg from all sources so it mean initial hit will be increased and also burn and poison too so it will be 150% increased dmg? Nice huh? look at hypothermia at 16 lvl 35 MORE dmg to chilled enemies so its soo big numbers and i dont have time to calculate hom many dmg i have. Def mechanics

Add T11 springs map
Testing little more defensive option i drop binos knife for and i remove herald of thunder( this mace give sweet lighting dmg to proc EE) for arctic armor for more phys reduction and nice slow for mobs who come too close its really nice deff buff. Btw that visual effect :o

I'm trying it in perandus league, so far its a pretty nice build =). Looking forward to get the fire to chaos conversion items so i can see its full potential!

Im glad to hear that but you must know if you want to 100% chaos conversion you will must drop binos knife and use 2 dark daggers or you sacrifice 25% conversion for poison prolif.

Yo, I like this build idea!
I made some improvements in your skilltree, lmk what you think. I went mana based instead of EB, a mana pot is enough to sustain FS without the annoyance of having to recharge the es or relying on measly ZO regen. Link You should also try using Increased Duration instead of Faster Casting. I updated skill tree for ascendacy you must have shaper of desolation and eleprolif node rest is up to you i prefer golems buff because chaos golem will give us 8% phys dmg reduction.
Why i use ZO and EB because i spent 5 points and i dont care about mana 2 atziri flask and 2 insta heal are really good to recovery our hp and i dont think its annoying for me. Increased duration over faster casting? Faster casting work well for spell echo and help to proc crits for more elemental dmg so i wont swich for inc duration. Btw your skill tree is empty. |

You can play as you want i tested mamgma orb whit increased area and controled destruction instead spell echo and faster casting( i remove emberwake ring too) and it work well.

I really needed a while to understand your build. Cause using Hypothermia and Burning in a fire-converison build...Why? But ok after seeing elemental conflux I finally understand your build and it is a nice idea. A elementalist doing chaos damage...
But with liege of Primordial wouldn´t a choas golem work better? Or will the bonus from the fire golem be added before conversion. |
