No, it shouldn't work, bear trap isnt a spell so spell damage increases are not doing anything to it, you can use Void manipulation instead or Added chaos.

Meh, I dont think you can get away with it. The drawback is huge and the damage boost isnt that interesting compared to life/resists/stats/mana regen

Switched this build over to using mines. Gotta say damage and clear speed got alot better for me.
No need to wait for trap cooldowns, and I can run Blasphemy vuln, Grace & AA with enhance.

Switched from a dual ming's heart + obliteration build (9k dps) to yours (5.6k) and didn't manage merc lab anymore which I could run with my eyes closed. Izaro took almost no damage. Can you advise what I am doing wrong ? The tree is the very same to your build.

I mean I'm not sure I understand your question, you removed 2 mings and you wonder why you lost damage ? You're not doing anything particularly wrong

Kintsugi is really good. Probably even better than coil. Cospri is also really good if you're double cursing.
