If you don't like running Blood Rage (like me) and/or have trouble with flask recharge, try:

Orb of Storms - Curse on Hit - Poacher's Mark - Chain (- knockback/blind/increased crit/increased AoE/culling)

Always full flasks and frenzy charges due to 100% flask charges gained and frenzy charges gained from Poacher's Mark.

The unique staff Pledge of Hands grants level 30 spell echo. As far as faster casting, sometimes it is used but between jewels, the onslaught buff, and frenzy charges there is usually enough cast speed and more damage/clear speed is better.

My uber kill was in 2.1 with a legacy vinktar flask using the normal spark setup as single target. I would imagine this is still possible with the Vaal pact version and 2 (non legacy) Vinktar flasks, though I have not tried it yet.
