[2.4] CI Bladefall Trapper - High tier mapping - EV/ES/Block - Updating for 2.4.

You are not getting a +1 curse chayula any time soon. I will probably use doedre's damning.

double cursing is not really something you need to rush, it's mostly high content related, for mid tier mapping one curse will be more than enough

you need high level, Heretics and level 3 enlghten to have comfortable level of mana to sustain double blasphemy

I'm guessing this new flask Witchfire's Brew with Vulnerability on use will be pretty good for people who run 1 offensive curse or even tri curse

it's actually the only way i'd do tri curse and i might as well try that once i get good enough gear and 90+ but it'll take a while before i get to test everything out with these new bosses since my playtime is very limited this league and many of you will probably surpass me very quickly

User above is correct, +1 chayula is unrealistic until at least few weeks into the league for all but top 1%, it usually starts around 8-10 ex and goes down to less than 5 eventually, i think last league there were quite a few for 1-2 ex 1 month in

If you really want to rush getting double/tri curse you'll prob be using Doedres or a rare +1 curse ammy with Kiara's and Magnate but that's unreliable for higher tiers unless you're very experienced and can basically predict stuns

If you're playing essence league, you can use a bow with some nice spell dmg since they count as two-handed weapons. Idk if this has been mentioned before. It seems like a pretty cheap early-game damage boost since bladefall is a spell.

So, as someone who plays in groups and plans on using this particular trap build to attempt shaper/uber, would you recommend doing this as Sab or as Occultist?

I've enjoyed this build for map clearing in the past as Sab, but don't know how the damage will stack up in groups/bosses now that they handed out a bit of dirt nap to poison trap/mines.

Perhaps a tree like this? No need to really pick up master sapper now that the double dip doesn't happen any more?

Your example gear when respecing to CI (which i'm exceeding slightly) and after updating my tree and running discipline puts me at 3.3k ES. Where are you getting the 8k number from?
