[2.2] Ascendancy [ Support, LL, BM, 8 Aura, Penta Curse ] /w Video
 Hello guys! I'm new to this guide stuff so bear with me. I have seen a couple of aurabot guides in my time playing PoE but none of them have been quite like this. Also, if you are looking to show off the deeps and one-shot bosses, then this build is not for you. But if you are a supporter at heart, keep on reading because this build is off the hook. To anyone who is attempting to do this build solo. Don't. Get a party going and speed through content. Note. It's not like this build is perfect. I'm currently Level 88 and while there is probably room for improvement I really like where the build is at the moment. Now that that's out of the way, let's get started. Pros - High resist. Easy to get. - Decent ES.(6000-8000) (13-15k Vaal Discipline) - Run 7-8 Auras. - Quad-Penta Curse. - Feels fast and safe. - You do not care about map mods. (Although curse-immune is a bitch sometimes) - Can get good chaos resist. (Probably need to swap in Purity of Elements) - People like getting supported. - So fun! :D Cons - Can be expensive. - Impossible to play solo. - No damage. - Cannot Leech. Quick sidenote on the "Do not care about map mods". I said that you do not care about it. However, give a little heads up to party members. Since you are essentially doubling their damage. I dont recommend doing this alone since the damage is so low. But i put together a priolist. I also highlightet some Leveling/Totem nodes you can pick up just to have some damage while leveling. Helmet: Alphas Howl (Somewhat mandatory item) Chest: Solaris Lorica or Shavronne's Wrappings (Mandatory item) Gloves:High ES. High Resists. Ring 1: Doedre's Damning (Tri-Curse) Ring 2: Doedre's Damning (Quad-Curse) Amulet: Cap resists, High % ES, Corrupted with +1 Curse (Penta-Curse) Boots: High ES, High resist, Movespeed(Movespeed is not so important due to Whirling blades) Can also use Windscream for Tri,Quad or Penta Curse if you get the items above. Weapon: I use Ephemeral Edge. The attackspeed is low, but the High % of ES makes up for it. So if i want to go Penta curse i have to swap out Shock nova with arc since i dont have any AoE radius nodes. Gloves: Purity of fire but most importantly and i cannot stress this enough. 1. Conqueror's Efficiency for the 2% reduced mana. (You can get this for free in Act 2 Merciless).
2. Conqueror's Potency for curse and aura effectiveness. 3. Energy from within. (Use this to double dip on the life and energy shield nodes(Melding). Those 5 points alone will net you about 50% Increased Energy shield. Aura calculator

The Curses

As I mentioned earlier the absolute best curses are the ones you but on blasphemy. I dont even have quality gems and Temporal Chains and Enfeeble make the bosses so slow and harmless it's almost a joke. With all the curse radius and curse effectiveness you can almost if not off-screen curse the enemies. For the Curse on Hit setup you can choose basicly what you want or what your party needs. The flavour of the month seems to be Chaos Voltaxic, Vaal Sparker and CoC builds. All of them benefit from crit so you cant go wrong with Assassins Mark. People dont like to die so Warlords mark is good for survival because of leech and endurance charges. For the last curse i havent really decided yet since i only have a five-link, but it will probably be a curse that will be swapped out alot depending on who i party with. Playstyle  Not even kidding. Stay within aura proximity of your group members. Whirling blade through packs to get the fortify buff while simultaneously cursing with Temporal Chains and Enfeeble with Blasphemy. ShockNova/Curse everything. Don't be afraid to literally be balls deep in the swarm of enemies. Video

Also will try to update progress and what not. For those still reading and want some numbers anyway this build with only level 17-18 aura gems put a friend from 28k to 50k LA GMP Chain on a Chaos Voltaxic build. That is almost 80% increase in damage. Another satisfied customer. Swapped Arctic Armour for Hatred and put his 40k Lightning Striker above the 100k mark. " Yeah, Lifesprig until I could use the Night's Hold Talisman with a red socket so that i could use flame totem. That can only take you so far tho. I got carried hard by a friend who leveled with me. But i put in a little leveling section in the guide. |

" Sorry about the late response. But yeah, I was thinking Witch - Occulist for the "Wicked Ward" for flat ES and Recharge. "Malediction" for extra curse. +1 curse on amulet can be really expensive. Templar - Guardian seems good, but even with the "Obvious" aura and conduit stuff i would argue the Witch is better. Duelist - Champion also seem like a viable option due to the insane damage buff on "Inspirational" And the Overpowered defense you get from "Fortitude". I'm really excited to see what options we will get with the Scion Ascendancy. What i would pick right now would seem to be either witch or duelist. Curses have become so strong lately but if i could make it work as a duelist, then that would be insanely strong. Guess we will just have to wait and see! |

Yes, have fortify all time + damage and mov speed sounds great.
